You can submit your paper online through our "Submit Paper" page. Fill in author details, upload your manuscript, and our editorial team will acknowledge receipt within 1–2 working days.

Q2. What is the publication fee / Article Processing Charge (APC)?

The publication fee is charged only after your paper is accepted following peer review. Please see the Downloads section or contact us for the current fee structure for Indian and international authors.

Q3. How long does the peer review process take?

Review is typically completed within 2–3 working days of submission, after which you will be notified of the outcome by email.

Q4. How can I check the status of my submitted paper?

Use the "Track Paper" option in the top navigation and enter your Paper ID to view the current status of your submission.

Q5. How do I upload the payment receipt after my paper is accepted?

Once your paper is accepted, you will receive payment instructions by email. You can upload your payment receipt through the "Upload Receipt" link or by contacting our editorial team directly.

Q6. How can I get my e-Certificate of Publication?

After your paper is published, an e-Certificate is generated automatically and sent to your registered email address. You can also request a copy via the contact form above.

Q7. Can I submit a paper with multiple authors / co-authors?

Yes, IJTIMES accepts papers with multiple authors. Please ensure all author names, affiliations, and contact details are included at the time of submission.

Q8. How can I join the Editorial Board as a reviewer?
