Abstract

The main aim of this paper is to minimization of wastage in construction industry. India is still on manual basis construction. Here wastage are of material, time, cost, labour etc. 10 to 15% project cost are of wastage in construction activities. The lean concept construction ideology are seen as an opportunity to address the existing problems in local construction industry. Low productivity in the construction industry due to shortage of materials and equipment, labour shortage, high reduction in skill level of construction workers, weathers, low level of monitoring and control of projects etc. This research is existing productivity and performance on construction activities and processes for local construction industries.
